McTaggart Equestrian Family Photography Session/ Geneva, Florida

Equine studio portraits can be added to most equestrian family sessions.

The key is in the planning.

Imagine getting the entire family all cleaned up and coordinated for a photography session then imagine adding horse prep to the mix. Sound overwhelming? Sure it does! You know what it takes to get your family coordinated AND get your horses all cleaned up. That’s why I meet with all of my clients for a pre-session planning consultation. Together we talk through all the details required to ensure that your equine photography session runs smoothly and is fully coordinated. We make sure we have enough help on hand to handle horses and wrangle children. It truly makes all the difference!

The McTaggart family had a full agenda of images to capture in a small window of time. Our shot list included a full family shot with two of their horses, connection moment images with their adorable daughter and her pony, and even a few shots of Jessica for her equine business website update. We planned a morning session to ensure enough time to get everything accomplished and to ensure that we weren’t having to rush their four year old daughter through a series of unnatural poses. Take a look below to see just some of what was captured during out time together on their family farm!
