Welcoming Aladdin: A New Foal Session at Emerald Shade Performance Horses

There’s nothing quite like a foal session to remind you how magical this horse life really is, and baby Aladdin definitely brought the sparkle. I recently had the pleasure of photographing this flashy little colt at Emerald Shade Performance Horses here in St. Augustine, FL, and I don’t think I stopped smiling once the entire time.

A Frosty Morning at the Florida Agricultural Museum: Autumn and Thor's Dreamy Session

On a chilly, frosty morning, just as the sun was starting to rise, I had the pleasure of photographing Autumn and her magnificent Highlander horse, Thor. We chose the Florida Agricultural Museum as our location, and it couldn't have been more perfect for this session.

A few weeks after we completed their equine and equestrian portrait session we met to review their images and create their final product. This is always so much fun! We created a small three piece gallery wall grouping and an incredible framed portrait with the most stunning Farmhouse Frame! This frame is gorgeous and features dark brown, caramel and cream accents with a ton of texture! Made from weathered Oak and is sturdy and unique! This frame frequently arrives to my studio with featuring lichen…. which is absolutely stunning with these images!
